The mayor of Lipetsk checked the construction of the house in the Yelets microdistrict and confirmed the deadline for delivery

The head of Lipetsk Mikhail Shcherbakov again went to the construction site of the house in the Yelets microdistrict.

In August, he visited the facility, set specific deadlines for the contractor, demanded to increase the number of workers and speed up construction. Then representatives of the company assured that the pace will increase, and the house will be handed over before the end of the year.

This time, the mayor met on the site with a resident who bought an apartment here. The woman wrote to the mayor in a private message: the company does not give a clear idea when it will be completed, and people still do not know when they will be able to move into their homes. Together with her and representatives of the contractor organization, Shcherbakov discussed the current situation and the remaining front of work.

Inside the building, finishing continues - it is necessary to complete the plaster, mount suspended ceilings and doors. Outside, it remains to complete the improvement, while small architectural forms in the yard are already installed.

“The deadline remains the same until the end of the year. There will be no other transfers. People have invested their money and should not wait indefinitely until the company fulfills its obligations, said Mikhail Shcherbakov.

In November, the mayor plans to return to the facility and check how the pace of work has changed. According to him, now will evaluate not the promises of the contractor, and what is really done.
