The mayor of Moscow told about the new kindergarten in the Danilovsky district

The mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin in the publication in his official channel on the domestic platform MAX said that near the embankment of Marc Chagall was built a kindergarten for 270 seats.

According to a report published by the capital’s mayor, this institution is located on Pyotr Konchalovsky Street. Sergey Sobyanin drew attention to the fact that in the immediate vicinity of the kindergarten there are metro stations Technopark and ZIL.

The head of the Russian capital pointed out that the three-storey building was made in such a way that it had the greatest possible resemblance to a residential building. The mayor specified that the construction was made in a warm brown range, with pediments, and it fit well into the development of the Danilovsky district of Moscow.

As Sobyanin noted, inside the kindergarten there are rooms for 11 groups and everything necessary to care for children. The Moscow mayor added that the area near the building was landscaped and equipped for walks in the fresh air.

“Since 2011, 56 educational facilities have been built in the south of Moscow,” the head of the Russian capital added.

Earlier it became known that at the moment in the Western administrative district (CJSC) in the active stage of construction is 20 schools and kindergartens. The city will receive an additional 2.3 thousand places for preschoolers and more than 10 thousand places for schoolchildren. Thus, the educational infrastructure of the district was supplemented by a school for 1,200 places in the Solntsevo district.

A new four-storey school with an area of 24.6 thousand square meters was built next to a residential quarter. The building was built on an individual project and has a landscaped territory. The school has everything necessary for comfortable learning: in addition to universal and specialized study rooms, laboratory and research complexes, IT polygon, roboclass, media library, choreographic and sports halls are equipped here.

On the territory next to the school, platforms for outdoor games and general physical training were equipped. It also provided space for events and created a barrier-free environment for the convenience of people with limited mobility.

It is noted that work at 20 sites is carried out under the control of inspectors of Mosgosstroynadzor. At each stage, on-site inspections are carried out, over 70 events have already been organized in total.

The school on Juliana Semenova Street was built in less than three years. 12 control and supervisory measures were held at the facility, as a result of the final conclusion on the compliance of the building with the approved project documentation, after which a permit was issued for its commissioning.
