Meteorologist told what surprises to expect from the weather in Moscow this week

Night temperatures from Sunday to Monday in Moscow will be from +1 to +3 degrees, in the region - from 0 to +3, and during this period frosts are possible, meteorologist Alexei Safonov told MK. In the afternoon on Monday, October 19, precipitation is not expected, the sky will be almost clear, but the air temperature will not rise above +11 degrees.

On Tuesday night, frosts will intensify: in some places the temperature in the region will drop to -1 and even -2 degrees, in the city 0 ... + 2 is expected. On Tuesday afternoon in Moscow is predicted +9 ... +11 degrees, in the region - +7 ... +9. On Wednesday and Thursday, daytime temperatures will range from +9 to +13 degrees, on Friday - +8 ... +12. All these days there will be variable cloudiness without precipitation.

“It will get cold soon. And that kind of temperature and that kind of weather pattern will stay with us until the end of next week. The air temperature during the day will fluctuate about 10, and at night it will be about 0 values, the expert said. Despite the decrease in temperatures, the indicators will still exceed the climate norm this week.

According to the meteorologist, judging by the temperature backgrounds for the past one and a half to two weeks of October, the month is still going with a surplus of heat.

“That is, it will be warmer than normal, but how warmer, now it is difficult to say, a month did not live, but while it turns out something about 1 degree, well, maybe a little less,” the expert concluded.
