In Nizhny Novgorod, they are finishing the preparation of tunnels for laying rails on the site between the future stations "Senna" and "Svoboda Square". This was reported in the MAX-channel “Metron”.
Metal structures for these works have already been brought to the city. To extend the line from Gorky to Senna, you will need almost 900 tons of rails.
A concrete base is now being completed in the left tunnel. In the right tunnel, this work has been done before.
Builders left to concrete a small plot near the station "Freedom Square". Then the work will be checked by the Federal Center for Construction Control.
After that, track concrete and rails will be laid in both tunnels.
