The Prosecutor General’s office of the Russian Federation demanded to seize the property of the former head of the administration of Rostov-on-Don Alexei Logvinenko, his relatives and other persons

The Prosecutor General’s office of the Russian Federation demanded to seize the property of the former head of the administration of Rostov-on-Don Alexei Logvinenko, his relatives and other persons. The total amount of assets exceeds 1.5 billion rubles. DonDay examined the list of property listed in the lawsuit, which was filed with the Soviet District Court on October 19.
The most expensive position is investment units worth more than 1.1 billion rubles. Also, the Prosecutor’s office requires the seizure of property for tens of millions of rubles, five cars with a total value of 44.45 million rubles, gold coins, weapons and watches for 17.3 million rubles.
The list includes two land plots with a residential house for 32.4 million rubles, an apartment for 27.3 million rubles and a share in non-residential premises worth 2 million rubles. Separately, 150 million rubles are specified under life insurance contracts.
In addition, the supervisory authority requires cash to be converted into state income: 43.43 million rubles, 1.015 million dollars, 64.5 thousand euros and 300 thousand Armenian drams.
The defendants in the suit are Logvinenko himself, his father and other persons. According to the source, part of the assets could be issued to relatives and a cohabitant of the former official. Prosecutors believe that the property does not correspond to the official income of the family.
Alexey Logvinenko was the head of the Rostov administration from 2019 to January 2025. He is now in custody in criminal cases of abuse of office and bribery. According to the investigation, we are talking about damage to the city budget over 47 million rubles and the alleged bribe of more than 10 million rubles.
The case of seizure of property is considered separately. The date of the first meeting has not yet been set.
