Milyaev told about the work of the Children's Council of the construction complex

In the Tula region continue to form a personnel reserve of the construction industry, acquainting schoolchildren with the professions and tasks of the construction complex. This was reported by Governor Dmitry Milyaev.

In Tula, a meeting of the Children's Council of the construction complex of the region was held. It was attended by 22 schoolchildren from Tula, Novomoskovsk, Kireevsk, Suvorov, Efremov and Plavsk.

The first in the region Children’s Council of the construction complex was created on behalf of the Governor in July 2026. Children from 9 to 14 years are involved in the project. They get acquainted with the work of the construction industry, participate in professional sessions and form groups dealing with the preservation of cultural heritage.

At the next meeting, students discussed a roadmap for further activities. The plans include educational programs, participation in construction shifts, excursions to iconic places of the Tula region, as well as visits to construction sites and improvement facilities.

The main goal of the initiative is an early professional orientation and an opportunity for schoolchildren to communicate directly with industry specialists. The project is designed to help children better understand the features of construction professions and offer their own ideas for the development of the region.

As noted by Dmitry Milyaev, it is important to create conditions under which the initiatives of the younger generation can be embodied in real urban planning and social projects.
