The Minister of Construction held a working visit to the facilities under construction in Yakutsk

Minister of Construction of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Viktor Romanov conducted an on-site inspection at the city facilities under construction. Special attention is paid to the construction of new schools and residential buildings for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing in the framework of national projects.

Additional building of school No. 17 (Petrovsky St., 275 places). Ready: 24 percent. The installation of piles has been completed; work is underway on the construction of monolithic structures and the laying of external walls.

School on Tchaikovsky Street, 113 (360 places). Ready: 32 percent. Monolithic works and laying of exterior walls have been performed; interior decoration of the first or third floors continues.

Both facilities are being built within the framework of the federal project “All the best for children” of the national project “Youth and children”. Commissioning is scheduled for 2027.

In the district “Zvezdny” by the end of the year it is planned to commission five apartment buildings for IDPs. A school for 990 places (readiness - 81.5%) and a kindergarten for 315 places are being built here, where interior decoration works and improvement of the territory are being completed.
