Minsk City Technopark interested guests from Russia and China in opportunities for cooperation

Special interest in the capital’s enterprise and technopark among the guests, among whom were representatives of the delegations of China and Russia, is not accidental. As it turned out during a tour of the workshops, some remember the Soviet models of famous motorcycles, which were “hunted” throughout the Union. “Is it possible to buy retro now or do you not release them?” – even this question was raised during a tour of the enterprise.

Director of "MotoVeloZavod" Sergey Manko showed the guests the site of production of metal structures, the painting shop and the assembly shop.

- It is nice that delegations come to us from all corners of Russia, from China and other countries, said the head of the Minsk enterprise. The participants of the forum were impressed by the cleanliness and order in our factory. And the economic results are there. As a result of the visit of the forum participants to MotoVeloZavod, agreements were reached on the supply of motorcycles to the Russian Federation.

- This is not the first time we have participated in the International Economic Forum in Minsk, and each time it is held at a high level, said Alexander Kondrusik, First Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Smolensk Region. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the organizers both on the part of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and on the part of the Minsk City Executive Committee. All right, all right, all right, all right. This is confirmed by the entrepreneurs we always bring to the Minsk forum. I hope we will come to him again.

Ah. Kondrusik recalled that Belarus is one of the strategic partners of Russia and, in particular, the Smolensk region. In 2025, it took the second place in terms of trade with our republic among the regions of the Russian Federation. The Smolensk Chamber of Commerce and Industry has signed agreements with all regions of Belarus and, of course, with the Minsk branch of the BelCCI.

- Therefore, our cooperation is developing from year to year, and this is one of the reasons why we choose the economic forum in Minsk, said the First Deputy Head of the CCI of the Smolensk region.

Among the guests from Russia, who visited the Minsk City Technopark, were also representatives of the public movement “All-Russian People’s Front”, whose leader is Russian President Vladimir Putin.
