The Ministry of Labor will join the measures of the republican preventive action “For Safety Together!”

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Belarus will traditionally join the measures of the republican preventive action “For Safety Together!”. Details sb.by told in the press service of the Ministry.

The press service informed:

From October 23 to November 1, the Ministry of Emergency Situations organized a traditional republican action to prevent fires and deaths from them in the housing stock "For Safety Together!". Emphasis will be placed on the survey of the fire-fighting state of households of lonely elderly citizens, disabled people, families in which children are in a socially dangerous situation. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will also join the events.

Instructional and explanatory work will be carried out with citizens. In addition, the population will be informed about the capabilities of state organizations to provide security services. As part of the action, anyone will be able to apply to territorial authorities and emergency departments to survey their housing.

As reported earlier in the Ministry of labor and social protection, the joint efforts of the bodies of social protection and territorial centers of social services of the population by the heating season were surveyed households of more than 840 thousand people — veterans and victims of war, families of those killed in the line of duty, lonely and lonely living elderly citizens and disabled people of I and II groups.
