The Ministry of Health of Dagestan invites “Zemsky” doctors and paramedics to work

On Friday, October 23, the Ministry of Health of Dagestan will hold another open day for hiring in villages. It will be held in the framework of the program “Zemsky doctor / paramedic”, said the Ministry.

In 2026, 130 doctors and nurses are planned to be involved in rural medical institutions of the republic. Since 2012, more than 2,200 doctors have already moved to villages and small towns under the program.

Participants receive a lump sum payment: doctors - 1 million rubles, in hard-to-reach areas - 1.5 million; paramedics - 500 thousand and 750 thousand rubles, respectively. Also, there is a salary with an allowance for work in the primary level, and in some areas - assistance with housing, land and placement of children in kindergartens.

Doctors and paramedics with the necessary qualifications without age restrictions can participate. The main condition is to work at least five years in a village or small town with a population of up to 50 thousand people. Payment can only be received once.

You need to have a diploma and accreditation documents or a certificate of a specialist.
