The leitmotif of the meeting of all participants was the theme of love for their work, a team of like-minded people, children and, of course, their family. The organizer of the project “Women’s faces of the capital”, the chairman of the Minsk city organization “White Rus” Natalia Voronova at the beginning of the meeting made a welcoming speech:

The most common question that women leaders ask is: how do you do it? In fact, everything has its time. There is a time when family is a priority. But the children grow up, and the woman begins to realize herself in the profession. It's an integral part of her life! As for the profession of a teacher, it is, in my opinion, a very beautiful and responsible mission, unchanged in time, to educate the future.

- Do not be afraid to build a career in the field of education, become a leader and at the same time start a family and be the guardian of the hearth, Tsuran added. A modern woman can take care of herself and build a career. The main thing is to learn how to plan your life properly.

Separately, the speakers focused on the role of the teacher in the education of the younger generation.

- The peculiarity of our people is in the great heart, devotion to family and country. It needs to be brought up in a younger generation. It is important to think, looking back at the great-grandfathers who gave us the opportunity to live today: what will I leave behind.

Young history teacher U. Miloshevskaya shared her vision of the modern teaching system:

- Today, the teacher must adapt to the reality in which we all live. If we talk about this in the context of history lessons, it is not enough to retell the educational material. Kids just won't listen. They need to feel in the past. Therefore, modern gadgets are tools that help both teachers and students in the study of the subject.

Touching upon the topic of the role of a teacher for a student, U. Miloshevskaya added that the teacher should be an example to imitate, dispose of children.

N. Martsova told about her work in the folklore ensemble:

- Young people like to be understood without words. They want to belong to a community, a group. Therefore, collective energy is very important in our technological world. Folklore is the cure for digital loneliness. Belarusian song is like a magic wand for children. They are very fast, and sometimes suffer from it, so all their energy is directed to the voice.

An important task of the teacher, the speaker believes, is the spiritual and moral education of the individual.

- It is our responsibility to form the right idea of children about the life of their ancestors, to instill true love for the Motherland.
