Youth of Finno-Ugric peoples gather in Petrozavodsk for strategic forum

“Youth of the Finno-Ugric Peoples of Russia in Movement” Competences. Points of growth. Trends”.

The forum was held in several days and at several venues, and ended with a concert for the 100th anniversary of the complex expeditions “To the Russian North” at the Petrozavodsk Glazunov Conservatory. It should be noted that within the framework of the forum, young people of different nationalities and ages met to exchange experiences, practices and discuss topical issues faced by young people in everyday life, as well as how young people of different nationalities develop and live in Russia.

One of the interesting guests of the forum was Alexander Bolkhovityanov, the head of the project of localization of Yandex products into the languages of the peoples of Russia, who spoke about the work on the introduction of languages of small and indigenous peoples into Yandex services.

A distinctive feature of each forum participant was his national costumes, in which they came to the capital of Karelia.
