The expert told the Khersons, what habits interfere with full sleep

Alcohol and the habit of falling asleep under the TV do not provide a good rest. About this Life.ru told Professor of the Department of therapy of the University of Rosbiotech Alexey Bereznikov. His recommendations should be taken into account and residents of Kherson region, especially those who are used to putting off sleep for the sake of work and household chores.

According to the specialist, constant lack of sleep can increase the risk of chronic stress, excess weight, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The expert also drew attention to late falling asleep: the optimal time for going to bed, he called the period from 22:00 to 23:00.

Bereznikov explained that alcohol can accelerate sleep, but does not make sleep better. Television and radio also do not replace a good rest: the sounds of transmissions tire the nervous system, but do not help the body to recover. As an evening class, the professor advised reading a paper book.
