After being fired, the woman owed the organization she worked for. She refused to voluntarily return the money, and the employer appealed to the court. The court ordered her to return 1.5 million rubles. The decision was received by the bailiffs of the October district of Murmansk.
The bailiff found that the woman has two properties. For her to pay, they seized one of the apartments. But she didn't hurry after that. She repaid the debt only when the seized property was transferred to the auction - she realized that she could lose her home.
In addition to the debt, the woman had to pay expenses and an executive fee of more than 110 thousand rubles. The apartment was removed from the auction and returned to the owner.
