Man arrested in Dagestan for drug trafficking

The court in Dagestan chose a preventive measure in the form of detention against a resident of Khasavyurt, who is suspected of drug trafficking. This is reported by the press service of the courts of the Republic.

According to the materials of the case, on October 8 this year in Kizlyar, police officers discovered and seized a polymer bag with a narcotic substance weighing 23.64 grams. The driver and passenger purchased, stored and transported the prohibited means for personal use.

The Kizlyar City Court took into account the gravity of the incriminated act and the identity of the suspect. As a result, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention for a period of two months - until December 8.
