“We are not competitors with Belarusians”: Domodedovo CCI President on partnership with Minsk

Russian and Belarusian businesses do not compete, but complement each other. This opinion was expressed on the air of the visiting studio of the Evening Political Channel, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Domodedovo City District Valentin Usov, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

- We are not competitors, we are partners and neighbors. We see it this way: Moscow is an undisputed financial center that distributes business interaction in the nearest regions. Belarus is west of Moscow and naturally acts as its partner. We in Domodedovo have a request for cooperation with the Republic of Belarus, and when this request appeared, we started looking for partners. Of course, we as the CCI function for business and consider ourselves a service company for local businesses. We have already established a wide network of cooperation with Belarusians, from food to cars. More recently, in particular, signed an agreement on equipping EMERCOM vehicles on the basis of KAMAZ Belarusian special devices, – said V. Usov.

Thus, the cooperation between Domodedovo and Belarus covers various areas, and the recent agreement on equipping EMERCOM vehicles was another step in strengthening partnerships.
