On the road "Caspian" - Staroyurievo equipped sidewalks and lighting

The prosecutor’s office of Staroyurievsky district conducted an inspection on the appeal of a local resident on compliance with the legislation on road safety.

It was established that the section of the highway "Caspian" - Staroyurievo in the village of Cherry did not meet the requirements of the state standard: there were no sidewalks and artificial lighting.

According to the results of the inspection, the prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the court demanding to oblige to eliminate the revealed violations. The court granted the claim.

Thanks to the intervention of the supervisory authority, the section of the road is equipped with the necessary elements - sidewalks and lighting.
