On “E-Pasluga” became available a new service for owners of transport

On the single portal of electronic services "E-Pasluga" there was a new electronic service - "Transmission of information about vehicles with a mark on passing the inspection" (code 3.104.01). This was reported in the Republican Unitary Enterprise “National Center for Electronic Services”, writes sb.by.

The service is available for order from October 14, 2026. It turns out to be RUE "Beltechovision" in automatic mode using the "system-system" technology and is designed to transfer to the Republican system of monitoring public security information about machines that have passed the state technical inspection.

In total, more than 70 digitized services are available on the portal for transport owners. Among them are administrative procedures for registration and deregistration of cars, obtaining and exchanging driver's licenses, amending registration documents and others.

In January 2026, the portal was supplemented with a number of administrative procedures. Among them are state registration of a vehicle, making changes to documents related to registration, obtaining a certificate of registration in case of loss or instead of a technical passport, deregistration of a vehicle, exchange or issuance of a driver's license instead of a lost one, including a sample of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

Both individuals and legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can apply for a particular administrative procedure. This requires strict authentication using a personal digital signature, ID card or unique identifier. Then, in your personal account, you need to select the desired procedure, click the “Order” button, fill in the electronic application form, sign it with EDS if necessary and send it to the automated information system of the State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Today, 899 electronic services are available for order on a single e-service portal, including 304 electronic services and 596 administrative procedures out of 82 information resources and systems. Most of them can be ordered with strict authentication.

The interest of citizens and business entities in online services is growing. If in 2022, a little more than 76 million services were provided through the portal, then in 2025 this figure increased to 173 million, and since January 2026 more than 170 million services were provided.

The popularity of digitized services is also promoted by the mobile application “E-Pasluga”. It simplifies ID-card authorization and opens access to services without a reader. For use, you need a smartphone with NFC function and an ID card: it is enough to activate NFC, attach the card to the back of the phone, enter PIN 1 and register a personal account. The application is free, you can download it in Google Play, Huawei AppGallery and Android RuStore. Since its launch in December 2023, it has been installed by more than 46,000 users.
