In the Kuban discussed the plan of overhaul of high-rise buildings for 2027

Veniamin Kondratiev at a meeting in the Krasnodar Territory said that when compiling the order of capital repair of houses for 2027, it is necessary to rely on the appeals of residents.

In the Krasnodar Territory, the implementation of the regional overhaul program for 2027 was discussed. According to the press service of the regional administration, the meeting was held by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev,

The head of the region stressed that the amount of funding will be 13.6 billion rubles. This is the largest amount for the entire duration of the program. With this money, they plan to repair 700 high-rise buildings and replace 77 elevators.

Kondratiev noted that people are primarily concerned about the timing. Therefore, when forming the order, he demanded to take into account the appeals of residents and include in the plan of the house, where work is urgently needed. Competitions for the selection of contractors, the Governor instructed to complete before the end of the year.

Vice-Governor Yevgeny Pergun said that in 2027 there will be 1,849 types of work in 705 houses. According to him, contracts have already been concluded in 32 municipalities, and repairs have already been completed in two districts.

The progress of the program was also told by the heads of the North and Caucasus regions. In one municipality, 10 houses have already been renovated, and in another, they have fulfilled the annual plan and started work in 2027.
