In Kuban, the restoration of the rights of shareholders was discussed at the meeting of the ZSK Committee

ZSK considered the work of the Department of construction supervision and the completion of problem houses in the region. At the meeting under the leadership of the head of the relevant committee of ZSK Vladimir Lybanev talked about payments to shareholders, the implementation of their housing rights and the timing of the introduction of the remaining facilities. This was reported in the press service of the Parliament.

Head of the department for supervision in the construction sector of the region Artem Pozhidaev reported on the work of the department. He recalled that the department is responsible for four types of state control, and separately focused on shared construction.

According to him, for seven years to restore the rights of defrauded shareholders in the region sent about 25 billion rubles from the federal and regional budgets. These funds completed the construction of 16 apartment buildings, and more than 4.5 thousand citizens received compensation in the amount of 16.4 billion rubles.

The meeting also discussed the fate of the three remaining problem sites. Two apartment buildings and one apartment complex are planned to be commissioned in the first half of 2027. The shareholders of another object of compensation intend to pay before the end of this year as part of the bankruptcy procedure of the developer.
