In the Kuban, the regulator was fined for the disruption of the schedule for garbage removal

In the Starominsky district, the regional operator paid in rubles for disrupting the schedule for the removal of municipal waste.

At the initiative of the district prosecutor’s office, Southern Regional Operator LLC was fined 300,000 rubles for violating sanitary and epidemiological norms when handling waste.

During the inspection, the prosecutor's office of the Starominsky district found that the company did not comply with the established schedule for the removal of solid municipal waste. Because of this, natural landfills began to appear in the area.

As a result of the inspection, administrative cases were initiated against officials and legal entities under part 1 of Article 6.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation - it concerns non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements when working with production and consumption waste.

Having considered the materials, Rospotrebnadzor issued resolutions on the appointment of fines, the total amount of which amounted to 300 thousand rubles, the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
