In Orel region, the incidence of SARS decreases for the third week

The Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Orel region has published new statistics on the incidence of influenza and SARS in the region.

According to the supervisory authority, in the period from 12 to 18 October 2026, about 4.4 thousand people turned to doctors, which is 9.3% lower than seven days earlier. Children under 14 years of age account for 57.3% of patients.

Experts of Rospotrebnadzor note that the incidence is declining for the third week in a row. Vaccination plays an important role in this. 137,000 people have been vaccinated against influenza, including the governor of the Orel region, Andrei Klychkov.
