“Belavia” has added to its website the function of independent voluntary return of the ticket online without contacting the office or contact center, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti” with reference to the press service of the airline.

The user just go to the "Reservation Status" section on the belavia.by portal and click the "Return" button. The system will automatically calculate the amount to be returned in accordance with the terms of the applied tariff.

It is important to note that the new option is only available for bookings registered directly on the airline’s website. If at least one service is issued in another way, you will not be able to return the ticket online.
