At the meeting at the Ambassador Komarov discussed the welfare of residents

The head of Chuvashia Oleg Nikolaev took part in the working meeting in the format of a videoconference under the leadership of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov. Participants considered issues that directly affect the well-being of residents.

One of the topics was the results of the election campaign, which was held openly and organized. Particular attention was paid to the participation of veterans of the special military operation in social and political life. According to Nikolaev, they have received mandates of trust and should have opportunities for self-realization after returning to peaceful life.

Preparations for winter were also discussed. The head of the republic stressed the need for uninterrupted heat supply to residential buildings and social institutions, as well as prompt elimination of emergency situations.

A separate direction was the strengthening of interethnic harmony in the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia. Chuvashia will continue to support cultural initiatives and projects of national associations.

In the Volga Federal District, a competition-festival for the families of participants and veterans of the SVO and the Spartakiad of universities will start. These initiatives are aimed at supporting families of defenders, the development of student sports and the popularization of the GTO complex. The participants also noted the importance of patriotic education of young people and the prevention of radicalism.

The tasks of the envoy are clear, the guidelines set by President Vladimir Vladimirovich Pytin are unchanged. We are working, said Oleg Nikolaev.
