In the Stavropol region repaired section of the road leading to the Krasnodar region

In the Izobilnensky district of the Stavropol Territory, the repair of the section of the Stavropol - Izobilny - Novoaleksandrovsk - Krasnodar road has been completed. The work was carried out within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for life”, reported in the regional Mindor.

Due to intensive operation, the kilometer segment ceased to meet the standards. The road workers updated the leveling layer and asphalt concrete covering, strengthened the roadsides and installed traffic safety elements. The area is completely open for passage.

The road connects three municipal districts and large settlements with the regional center, and also provides transport links to the Krasnodar Territory. The intensity here is consistently high – thousands of cars and trucks, including transit vehicles, pass daily, the Minister of Road Economy and Transport of Stavropol Yevgeny Shtepa said.

According to the Minister, the repair increases not only the comfort of travel, but also the safety of all traffic participants, and also strengthens the transport framework of the region.

By the end of the year, according to the national project in the Stavropol Territory, it is planned to update about 100 km of regional and local roads.
