On the highway M-11 "Neva" from October 26 introduced winter speed mode

From tomorrow, October 26, on the toll highway M-11 "Neva" on the site from Solnechnogorsk to St. Petersburg (from the 58th to 680th kilometer) begins to operate winter speed.

For cars and trucks weighing up to 3.5 tons, the maximum allowed speed will be reduced from 130 to 110 km / h. As explained in the company-operator, this measure is aimed at ensuring the safety of drivers in difficult weather conditions – ice, snowfall and limited visibility, characteristic of the cold season.

The restriction will remain in effect until April 11, 2027. Drivers are advised to consider changes when planning their trips and comply with the new speed limit.
