On September 17, the National Cadastral Agency will organize a single day of free consultation within the framework of legal education and ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports with reference to the press service of the enterprise.

Specialists will advise citizens, their representatives, representatives of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on general issues of state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, as well as on the innovations of Law No. 44-Z. It will be possible to ask questions about registration actions in relation to the enterprise as a property complex: about the procedure for applying, the timing and cost of the procedure, regulatory regulation.

In addition, the agency staff will answer questions related to technical inventory and verification of property characteristics, independent evaluation of apartments, business, equipment, transport and intangible assets, examination of the independence of the assessment. They also advise on the procedure for providing information from various information resources of the agency.

On the same day, free advice on state registration of real estate, technical inventory and evaluation, establishing the boundaries of land plots and other issues of registration of real estate rights will be carried out in territorial organizations for state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, their branches and bureaus.
