Mentors from Serpukhov took a course at the Synergy University

The course was aimed at improving the competencies of specialists working with the younger generation. Denis Klebanov, Director of the Department of Youth and Public Projects of Synergy Corporation, emphasized the importance of such educational initiatives.

Ekaterina and Sergey, together with other participants, mastered new approaches to mentoring, received tools for interaction with the children and exchanged experience. As a result of the training, all teachers received certificates.
