In November 2024, in the village of Voznesenka, a man on the Volkswagen Polo tried to escape from the police. Having previously been deprived of his rights, he refused medical examination. At the trial, the driver claimed that he was sitting in the back seat, but the video denied his words.

Likhach was banned from driving for another 2 years and 10 months. They decided to confiscate the car, and since the man announced its sale without documents, the court recovered the cost of the car - 1,133,900 rubles.
