No pity: a mother of many children was punished for drunken driving

A resident of the Amur region was sentenced to compulsory work and deprived of a driving license for re-driving a car in a state of intoxication. According to the joint press service of the courts of the region in its channel in the messenger, the woman twice sat behind the wheel after drinking alcohol with a difference of several days.

The first violation was recorded in March 2026. Then the woman was brought to administrative responsibility for drunk driving without a driver's license. However, in April, she again drove the car after drinking alcohol at a party. A few days later, the situation repeated itself.

In both cases, the woman agreed with the test results, but refused to undergo a medical examination.

When sentencing, the court took into account that six children were dependent on the convict and she had not previously been convicted. She was given 350 hours of mandatory work and banned from driving for two years and ten months.

In addition, the court decided to confiscate both cars in which the woman traveled.
