Nizhny Novgorod Dairy Kitchen Received the “Quality Brand” Again

Nizhny Novgorod dairy kitchen was among the winners of the competition “Nizhny Novgorod brand of quality” – high evaluation of experts was awarded to dairy products, cheeses and healthy drinks of the enterprise.

The winners were “Lactobacterin”, “Bifidumbacterin”, cheeses “Adygeisky” and “Cachotta”. Diplomas of the competition received yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir, biolact, biphylact, infusion of rosehip fruits and whey drink.

The municipal “Directorate for Food Organization” also received awards: its products are supplied daily to Nizhny Novgorod schools and sold at dairy dispensaries throughout the city. The list of the best included chicken patties, chicken and cheese and turkey cutlets, meat steaks, dumplings, cheesecakes, dumplings with potatoes, as well as potatoes and mushrooms.

The awards, the company notes, are the work of enthusiastic employees, strict quality control and care for the health of children and adults.
