Nizhny Novgorod project with AI was evaluated in the Ministry of Construction of Russia

Nizhny Novgorod citizen Artem Stanishevsky became the winner of the All-Russian competition of managers “Leaders of the Construction Industry”.

The competition aroused great interest throughout the country - more than 48 thousand applications were submitted for participation. 300 people from 53 regions of Russia reached the final.

Artem Stanishevsky presented a project dedicated to the introduction of artificial intelligence in the construction industry to increase labor productivity.

“AI in construction is a very promising direction for the future and is already an effective working tool. Neural networks help to analyze territories and form complex projects for the development of neighborhoods, choose optimal solutions, and digital services allow you to predict risks. Generative design, for example, reduces the development time of sketches by an average of 40%, said Gleb Nikitin.

The governor also stressed that in the Nizhny Novgorod region there is already a house designed and under construction using information modeling technologies.
