“Novgorodzhdanstroy” warned for wet after rain walls in the apartment

The Inspectorate of State Housing Supervision and Licensing Control of the Novgorod Region announced a warning to Novgorod Citizenstroy LLC. This information is posted on the website of the State Prosecutor’s Office.

In one of the apartments of the building No. 8 on Industrial Street in Pankivka, the exterior walls get wet during rain. During the examination, yellow divorces were found, detachment of wallpaper and plaster in two rooms of the apartment. In this regard, the management company was warned.

The house for 80 apartments on Industrial, 8 - a five-storey panel built in 1991. It has been under the management of Novgorodzhitstroy since 2018.

The company's revenue in 2025 amounted to 5.7 million rubles. The General Director of the Criminal Code since May 2013 is Sergey Simonenko.
