Novgorod owners of Porsche were forbidden to go on the roads because of marriage

Porsche has banned the operation of a number of 2024 models due to a dangerous defect in the central wheel lock. This was reported in gt-news.ru.

Porsche has announced a recall of 548 vehicles. The blacklist includes the GT3, GT3 RS, Turbo, Turbo S, S/T, Carrera GTS, as well as the 718 Cayman GT4 RS and 718 Spyder RS. The cars found a defect in the central lock of the wheels, which can lead to their damage and loss during movement.

This is the second expansion of the recall campaign – the first wave took place in October 2024 and affected more than 2.2 thousand cars. The decision on the new recall was made after two new breakdowns recorded in May and August.
