New DK in Yaroslavl Bragino, it seems, will not be

According to Olga Kayurova, Director of the Department of Culture of the Yaroslavl City Hall, the application for the construction of the DC was not accepted in Moscow.

According to the official at a meeting of the municipality’s commission on social policy, there is no official response yet, but the application has been rejected due to the fact that the federal program is designed for small towns.

She also clarified that there are no alternative programs for the capital of the regional center, but there is still hope for a positive result, and the regional Ministry of Culture will not stay away from this issue.

It should be added that the project of the Palace of Culture of the Dzerzhinsky district is estimated at one and a half billion rubles.
