Novorossiysk shares experience of Digital Lighthouse development at INFOTECH forum

The application "Safe Novorossiysk" is designed for actions in case of threats and emergency situations. Users receive prompt notifications, use a map of shelters and Wi-Fi points, and send incident reports directly to the control room. More than 1,200 appeals were processed through the feedback form. The product is included in the register of Russian software, which confirms its safety, quality and independence from foreign technologies.

Virtual Novorossiysk serves as a tool for preserving historical memory. Monuments, memorials and mass graves are digitized in three-dimensional format and provided with reference information. The application also plays the role of a modern guide: it offers routes, excursions, information about attractions, hotels and restaurants.

The head of Novorossiysk Andrey Kravchenko noted that the development of the platform will continue taking into account the requests of the city and citizens. According to him, each innovation should solve a specific problem and bring people tangible benefits.
