At a press conference at the regional information center "TASS-Caucasus", the head of Kislovodsk Yevgeny Moiseev spoke about the creation of the School of Creative Industries on the basis of the Congress Center "Russia". The city won the competition of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and received more than 77 million rubles for the implementation of the project, the resort’s mayor’s office reported.
In the new school, children and adults will be able to master modern creative directions and gain practical skills. It will open studios of sound engineering, photo and video production, animation and 3D graphics, design, as well as interactive digital technologies VR and AR. Participants will be able to work with professional equipment and master modern creative professions.
Kislovodsk has always been a city of talented people – from poets and artists to modern specialists in the field of IT and digital technologies. But not everyone had the opportunity to reach their potential and gain the necessary knowledge. We want the Russia Congress Center to become not only a venue for events, but also a place where residents can learn new things and bring their ideas to life. The school of creative industries will be available to both schoolchildren and adults. I am sure that the school of creative industries will give citizens new opportunities for development and help to implement interesting projects, said the head of the city Yevgeny Moiseev.
Earlier it was reported that in Kislovodsk school No 9 laid a time capsule.
