About 180 accommodation facilities are planned to open in the Kuban until 2028

In the Krasnodar Territory from 2026 to 2028, it is planned to put into operation about 180 accommodation facilities with a total number of more than 48 thousand seats. Another 17 sites will be reconstructed or renovated, the press service of the Ministry of resorts, tourism and Olympic heritage of the Krasnodar Territory told Delovoy Gazeta. South.

The Ministry specified that new accommodation facilities will appear in different municipalities of Kuban. According to Krasnodarstat, given in the report on the socio-economic situation of the region for January-August 2026, there are 564 large and medium-sized accommodation facilities in the region, excluding microenterprises. Their total number of rooms exceeds 212.8 thousand seats.

For eight months of 2026, more than 3.2 million people stayed in hotels and sanatorium-resort organizations of the region. Industry revenues from the provision of services during this period reached almost 96 billion rubles.

In addition, investors investing in the hotel and sanatorium-resort sector are entitled to a tax exemption on the property of organizations for a period of 10 years. It has been in force since 2022 and is stipulated by the regional law “On the tax on property of organizations”.

To receive a benefit, the investor must invest at least 500 million rubles in the construction of a facility of the category not lower than three stars and conclude an appropriate agreement with the administration of the Krasnodar Territory. The Ministry of Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage noted that any investor who meets the criteria can take advantage of this support measure.
