Olga Beloglazova will represent the government of the Lipetsk region in the regional Council

Vice-Governor Olga Beloglazova was appointed representative of the Governor and the regional government in the Lipetsk Regional Council of Deputies. The order was signed by the head of the region Igor Artamonov.

Beloglazova is responsible in the regional government for health, social protection, labor and employment, as well as demographic policy. In her new position, she replaced Sergey Kurbatov, who became a deputy of the State Duma.

The institution of executive representative in the regional parliament appeared last year. Its creation provided for amendments to the Charter of the Lipetsk region, adopted by deputies at the 49th session. The order of interaction was fixed in the regulations of the regional council.

The representative of the governor and the government participates in the meetings of the parliament and the preparation of bills, and also conveys to the deputies the position of the executive power, explained the chairman of the regional council Vladimir Serikov.
