Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Yana Lantratova said that citizens who want to leave the combat zone will be provided with a safe exit. This will be done within the framework of the humanitarian mission in Alyoshki. The corresponding statement she published in his channel on the platform “Max”.
On Friday, Lantratova said that she discussed the situation in Aleshki with Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets. According to her, the main task now is to help civilians in the region. First of all, it is necessary to understand what people need and establish the supply of the most necessary things.
We are talking about food, medicines and hygiene products. Lantratova stressed that the delivery of these goods should be organized as a priority. She did not give other details about the departure mechanism and the timing.
Earlier it was reported that the White House announced an agreement on a local ceasefire in Aleshki from October 29. The Kremlin pointed out that military cooperation between the United States and Ukraine was not curtailed. Against this background, the humanitarian mission must ensure the safety of civilians and the delivery of aid.
