The unique experience of the best teachers of Belarus will be presented to the whole country, and mobile mentoring will be created in the regions to broadcast their advanced methods. About the large-scale integration of competitive findings in the educational process told Vice-Rector for educational work of the State University “Academy of National Education” Inessa Zubrilin, writes sb.by.

Special attention today is focused on the experience of the recently completed republican competition of professional skills "Teacher of the Year of the Republic of Belarus", the speaker says:
- This year, his key innovation was the introduction of two new nominations: “Young teacher” and “Young leader”. Their participants clearly proved that high professional skills do not depend on the number of years spent in school.
Many finalists demonstrated unique methodological and professional findings, which aroused keen interest both among the jury members and among the general pedagogical community, colleagues from different regions of the country
- We are actively processing these materials. With strict compliance with the legislation on the preservation of personal data, we obtain the official consent of the authors to use their developments in the system of additional adult education and their subsequent placement on online platforms. In the near future, this unique methodological base will be publicly available on the official resources of the Academy of Education, so that every practicing teacher can get acquainted with it in detail.
In addition, on November 5, a traditional seminar with members of the Crystal Crane club is planned, the expert announces:
- This year’s finalists will officially join the group. This will open up fundamentally new opportunities for translating their experience to the regions. One of the key areas of our future work is the organization of field seminars. Laureates and winners will travel to areas and conduct open lessons in completely unfamiliar classrooms. This is a kind of very lively “practical mini-version” of the competition at the regional level. About 30-40% of students of pedagogical directions of BSPU start working from the third year – Vice-Rector
