Orel MP proposes to increase security costs

On October 15, the Committee of the Orel Regional Council of People's Deputies was held. It considered the draft budget of the regional treasury for next year. At the meeting, First Vice-Speaker Mikhail Vdovin proposed to increase spending on national security and law enforcement.
