The Soviet district court of Orel recovered from LLC Technotrade more than half a million rubles of salary arrears. Servants Themis considered two lawsuits against the company.
As told in the press service of the court, in the first case without remuneration for work was a commercial Director. According to the contract and staffing, his salary was 23,000 rubles a month. From January 2025 to January this year, he was not paid a salary. As a result, the company was obliged to pay more than 317 thousand rubles – this is a salary arrears, compensation for its delay, compensation for moral damage.
In the second case, the plaintiff has been working in Technotrade LLC as a store director since September 2019. According to him, from March 2025 to August 2026, his salary was not paid – the debt amounted to 135,465 rubles. The calculation was made based on the minimum wage (from January 1, 2026 – 27 093 rubles per month). The court noted that earlier decisions had been made to recover debts for previous periods, but no payments had been made. With LLC "Technotrade" recovered 197 thousand rubles.
