Autumn holidays in Orenburg became the longest in a decade
The five-day student began to rest yesterday

Due to the successful combination of holidays and weekends, this autumn vacation has become the longest in the last decade. They will last 12 days for those who study for five days, and 11 days for those who have six days. After the holidays, there will be only two school days for five days and three for six days and again weekends. This will help children to return to school without stress.
Vacations are needed primarily for rest: walks, games, fresh air - what you need to "reboot" the child. And be sure to take time to talk about safety: rules on the road, caution in the network, behavior in different situations.
The Ministry of Education has already thought out an approximate schedule for next year. Winter holidays offer to be held from December 31 to January 10. For first-graders, additional rest is provided from February 15 to 21, and spring holidays are recommended for the period from March 27 to April 4. Each school determines the summer holidays, but children should rest for at least eight weeks. The school year is scheduled to end on May 26.
Autumn holidays this year turned out to be longer than usual due to the coincidence with National Unity Day, and this is a good coincidence: children have almost two weeks to rest, and then only a couple of school days before the weekend.
Usually the autumn holidays last about a week, and this time is barely enough to exhale. Now students have almost two weeks, and such a break is especially valuable for those who are just adapting to the school year.
This schedule reduces the risk of overload after a long break. But it’s important that vacations don’t turn into endless phone sitting: walking, sports, and talking about safety are the things that really help a child recover. And a separate point is the schedule for next year: if the winter holidays begin on December 31, this means that children will rest on the New Year holidays longer than usual, which is also worth considering when planning family trips.
Have you figured out what to do with your kids during the summer holidays?
