From AI to digital transformation – how was the “Conversation without ties” with the Minister of communications and informatization

Minister of Communications and Informatization Kirill Zalessky held an open conversation with students of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus during the project “Conversation without ties”, BelTA reports.
The meeting focused on digital development of the state, artificial intelligence, training of specialists for the industry and practical application of modern technologies. On the same day, the Ministry of Communications and the Academy of Management signed an agreement on cooperation and a roadmap for its implementation for 2026-2030, providing for the expansion of practical training of students in the specialty “information resources management”. The agreement provides for systemic interaction between the Ministry of Communications and the Academy of Management in training specialists for the digital industry, including practical training, participation of department experts in the educational process and the organization of internships.
The new format of cooperation should link the training of students with the real tasks of the digital industry, the Ministry of Communications noted. We are talking not only about theoretical training, but also about direct acquaintance of future specialists with state information systems, digital platforms and current projects. In particular, the agreement provides for practical exercises using state information resources and digital platforms. It is planned to involve specialists of the Ministry of Communications and its organizations in the educational process.
Another area is the participation of students in the study of user experience when working with real digital solutions. Competitions of ideas and projects in the field of digital development will be organized for them. Separately, internships and practices are provided on the basis of digital industry organizations. The opportunity to gain practical experience will be provided not only to students, but also to teachers of the Academy of Management.
