On the second Wednesday of the month, a single day of the deputy was held in the district administrations of Minsk. About what topics raised citizens, read the material of the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.
When the repairs are finished and the problems are not
Major repairs should bring relief, but sometimes questions only become more. This is the situation faced by a man who came to the reception of the Chairman of the Minsk City Council Artem Tsuran. It was about the quality of the overhaul of the house, the improvement of the house territory and the difficult road situation in the yard.
The quality of overhaul and comfortable environment in the yards is what directly affects the daily life of people. For each appeal, appropriate requests will be sent to the district administration in order to obtain objective information and take the necessary measures within the framework of the legislation. The course of consideration remains under my personal control, Tsuran said.
A similar story - a resident of the village Grebenka Chervensky district, who came to Mikhail Varikash. After repair work, the asphalt was removed, the site was excavated, and in the final just covered with sand. The cover was never put in order. The MP promised to take immediate action - the issue is under control.

Roads, stops and trolleybuses that will not come
The transport theme sounded at the reception of Sergey Gorokhov. A resident of Masyukivshchyna outlined a whole bunch of problems. It is difficult to get to and from the bus stop. Secondly, despite the six-lane road, in the mornings there are stable traffic jams. Thirdly, it is impossible to get to the center by trolleybus, although a stop for it is already provided.

Added problems and the domestic side: on the street. Lynkiv in walking distance there are no shopping facilities. All the questions voiced are taken under personal control, appeals will be sent to the profile services.
Help that you don’t have to wait for months
Sometimes the bill is not for months, but for days. At the reception to Dmitry Bektyashkin appealed three citizens. The woman, who found herself in a difficult life situation, urgently sought a stable job. The decision was found right in the office: the deputy called the director of the ZhEU of his district, learned about vacancies and the possibility of quick employment. The head went halfway - the documents are already being drawn up, in the near future the woman will start working.

A similar response was received by a woman with a disability of group II from Mikhail Varikash. She suffers from asthma and diabetes, and pensions are not enough for medicines. The deputy directly with her called the Department of social protection, explained the situation and sent her for registration of targeted assistance.
And Svetlana Vinokurova was approached by a visitor with questions of employment and registration in the employment authorities. The MP not only helped resolve the situation, but also explained in detail the rights of citizens in this area, focusing on the implementation of labor legislation. Vinokurova gave specific recommendations: which state bodies should apply to, how to build a dialogue with the employer. The matter is under control.

The courtyard in which you want to live: from urns to sandboxes
Improvement is a topic that worries all generations at once. Georgy Kozel was approached by a resident of the district with a request to help with the house territory. The requests are specific and very vital: install urns near the entrance and fill the new sandbox with fresh sand, so that children would be comfortable and safe to play. The appeal is in progress.
And here are the residents of 26th Street. Shishkin came to Natalia Voronova with a question about the timing of the installation of indoor power simulators in the yard. The deputy promptly contacted the leadership of the housing and communal services: the equipment has already been ordered and is at the manufacturing stage. Installation is scheduled until November 1, 2026. Residents received an exhaustive answer and are now waiting for the site - the question is under control.

Similar concerns — the voters of the Miroshnichenko district, who appealed to Mikhail Milovanov with questions about the content of the territory and the placement of the sandbox on the street. 136 Bogdanovich. Since this courtyard is served by the association of owners, the deputy addressed the chairman of the partnership to resolve issues. The area will be monitored together with the assistant. It's about the path down the street. Bogdanovich will be sent an appeal to the administration of the Soviet district. All questions raised at the reception remain under parliamentary control until they are resolved.
Ideas that go from the bottom: from hockey box to beach volleyball
A good yard initiative can change the appearance of the whole neighborhood.
So, a resident of the Logoi district came to Hellas Vlasenko with a proposal to transform the territory into a street. The local hockey box is morally and physically outdated and needs modernization. The MP supported the idea and told about the mechanism of implementation: until November 1, applications for the competition of civil initiatives are open.
- A good idea, backed up by neighbors, has every chance of being implemented. Our task as deputies is to help competently draw up an application and accompany the project at all stages of approval, the deputy stressed.
And Alexander Sazanovets’ initiative was already quite sporty: a local resident proposed to organize a beach volleyball court in the Sun Valley. The MP supported the idea, noting the importance of developing sports infrastructure, and took the issue under personal control.

Common property: who is responsible for the tambourine, and whether it is possible to feed the birds
It would seem that simple questions – but in fact require clarification. Residents turned to Svetlana Pashkova with a whole block of topics. Use of common property: the legal regime of tambours, inter-apartment spaces and stairwells, the order of storage of things and the boundaries of responsibility in these zones. There was also an initiative to amend the Housing Code - residents proposed to clarify the rules for the use of local areas and common premises. A separate and unexpected issue is environmental: the rules and culture of feeding birds in domestic areas. Each appeal was carefully considered by the deputy, instructions were given for detailed elaboration and decision mechanisms were explained.
Barriers, COTOS and order in the cooperative
Residents of one of the houses came to Anatoly Vederchik with the question of dismantling the barriers, which are installed at the expense of residents and with the approval of the district administration. People were interested in the main thing: why the structures were removed, what requirements are in effect now, and why similar barriers are calm in other yards. The deputy accepted the appeal and took it under control – it is necessary to study the circumstances of installation and dismantling and give explanations in accordance with the legislation.
They also raised the issue of the work of the COTOS: what results the committee has, whether it participates in district competitions and events, and whether it is possible to allocate a room for full-fledged work.
And Andrei Mitkalev was approached by a resident of the district on the activities of GSPC “Loshitsa”. Two key areas are the delimitation of the land plot of the cooperative and the organization of current records management.
“Working with citizens’ appeals is not just a formality, but an opportunity to help people restore order in the affairs of their cooperative,” Mitkalev said. We will deal in detail with the situation, so that all processes in the SSPK “Loshitsa” were conducted transparently and in strict accordance with the law.

When the issue requires a special approach
Some appeals go beyond the usual courtyard themes. To Andrew the King came parents who do not agree with the court decision and the verdict against their son. The MP listened carefully and promised to thoroughly examine all the circumstances of the case and every argument of the applicants. The issue requires a serious approach and a comprehensive analysis - the appeal under personal control, the results will be reported in the prescribed manner.
And to Alexander Dragun came the son of a resident of the Pravdinsky district – a pensioner, formerly an activist of the Council of Veterans of the Moscow district. The controversial issue concerned the demolition of a private house and the relocation of his mother. The Deputy got acquainted with the documents and promised to understand, sending a request to the relevant authorities. Communication with the applicant will be maintained by an assistant deputy.
Instead of an afterword
The single day of the deputy once again showed that behind each appeal there is a specific life situation. A road, a sandbox, medicines, a gateway or a hockey box - little things do not happen here. The task of the people’s representatives is not just to listen, but to get involved in the decision, take the issue under control and achieve an understandable answer for people.
