Ovchinsky announced the construction of a house for renovation in Timiryazevsky district

The Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy, which is part of the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of the City of Moscow, Vladislav Ovchinsky said that a residential complex under the renovation program is being built in the SAO at the address of the 3rd Nizhnelikhoborsky Passage, 5, page 1 - the area of apartments will exceed 11 thousand m2.

The two-section house is designed for 190 apartments with an area of more than 11 thousand square meters. Eight apartments are equipped for comfortable living for people with limited mobility. In the apartment and elevator halls, lobby of the first floor, entrance groups will be created barrier-free environment, said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

He added that the yard will make comfortable and safe, lay sidewalks with gentle descents, equip recreation areas, sports and games, plant plants.

The first floors of the houses for renovation are functional: stained glass entrance groups and halls are aesthetic, safe and illuminated, and the vestibule entrance reduces the ingress of cold air. Also, commercial premises with a separate entrance from the street are provided inside - shops, PVZ and educational centers will be able to open here.

The house itself is located in an area with a developed social and transport infrastructure: within walking distance - the station "District" of the Lublin-Dmitrovsk metro line, the stops of the MCC "District", "Likhobory" and the station MCD-1 "District".

Earlier, Sobyanin instructed to double the renovation program and told about its implementation in the Novogireevo area.
