In the Orel region in Mtsensk immortalized the memory of a worker of housing and communal services of the Russian Federation. The memorial plaque was opened in honor of Viktor Shadsky. It appeared on the building of JSC "Communalist". The event took place the other day.

According to the newspaper “Mtsensky Krai” in his group in the social network Vkontakte, the opening ceremony of the memorial sign was attended by representatives of the government and JSC “Kommunalshchik”, the widow and daughter of Viktor Shadsky.

“Thanks to his work, parks, squares, monuments have been transformed, which still please citizens to this day. He worked in this building for a long time. We must always remember that a person’s greatness is measured by his daily work, said Larisa Chernova, deputy head of the Mtsensk administration for economy and finance.
