Monument to Lenin was preserved in Voronezh on a new construction site

The developer "Domostroitny combine" ensured the safety and carried out the restoration of the monument to Lenin, located on Labor Avenue.

A concrete monument to Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, a Russian revolutionary, Soviet politician and statesman, was placed on the territory of the Kombifeed Factory at 93 Prospekt Truda, which was founded in 1936.

In 2020, in the course of the integrated development of the territory of the former industrial zones, DSK began the construction of a new residential complex “Urban Histories”, providing for the creation of modern housing and two kindergartens. The area was cleared of emergency production buildings, but the monument was decided to leave.

The management of DSC set itself the task not only to preserve the monument, but also to return it to its former appearance in memory of the history of this place.

In 2026, before the settlement of the neighboring house, the monument to Lenin was restored by specialists. The monument was restored and left in its historical place. At the same time, the surrounding area was improved.
