In an apartment building on Alpine Lane, an individual entrepreneur opened a boarding house for the permanent residence of the elderly and citizens with disabilities. An inspection of the prosecutor's office of the Frunze district found that the conditions in the boarding house did not meet safety standards.
The Agency conducted an audit of compliance with the legislation on social protection of the elderly and disabled at the request of a local resident.
According to the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor filed a lawsuit with a requirement to the individual entrepreneur to eliminate the revealed violations. The court satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor's office, and now the implementation of the court decision is monitored.
